It is understood that Guanyun Weimi Town is an industrial town characterized by theme clothing research and development, production, exhibition and trading. The project is located in the eastern urban area of Guanyun, with a total planned land area of 3 square kilometers.
Among them, the industrial core area is planned to have a land area of 765 acres, a planned building area of approximately 720000 square meters, and a total investment of 2.2 billion yuan. It is currently the largest and most complete theme clothing industry cluster development zone in China.
According to the planning concept of characteristic industrial town of "special and strong industry, combined functions, small and beautiful shape, new and lively mechanism", and referring to the design standards of national 4A scenic spots, Weimi Town has formed the spatial planning layout of "one town, three parks, and two districts": theme clothing R&D smart park, electronic business park, modern logistics park, exhibition and trading area, and living supporting area.
After 15 years of development, the Guanyun themed clothing industry currently has over 500 production enterprises of a certain scale, with online sales accounting for about 60% -70% of the national market share, over 5000 active online stores, and a comprehensive annual online and offline transaction volume of nearly 8 billion yuan.
It has a complete industrial chain of noodle and auxiliary material supply, production and processing, e-commerce operation, warehousing and logistics, directly driving the employment of over 50000 local people.
